Lions Club Diabetes Life Membership Awards for Lions

Lions Districts, Lions Clubs, and individual Lions can support the Diabetes Awareness Foundation of MD 35 with a donation of $100 for a Foundation Life Membership Award. This award is given to a Lion who volunteered their time and energy to raise public awareness of the problems associated with diabetes. This Life Membership includes an award certificate and a Lions diabetes life membership pin. Individual Lions can also give themselves a Life Membership. Lions Clubs can give Administrative and Activity fund money to support our Foundation and give recognition to individual Lions who work to promote diabetes awareness.

Lions Districts, Lions Clubs, and individual Lions can support the Diabetes Awareness Foundation of MD 35 with a donation of $100 for a Foundation Progressive Membership Award.
This award is given to a Lion who has received a Life Membership award and continues to volunteer their time and energy to raise public awareness of the problems associated with diabetes. This Progressive Membership includes an award certificate and a Lions diabetes progressive membership pin. Individual Lions can also give themselves a Progressive Life Membership. Lions Clubs can give Administrative and Activity fund money to support our Foundation and give continued recognition to individual Lions who work to promote diabetes awareness.
